These terms govern use of the Wall Ball website operated by Bret Stanley. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Contact: mobilempire@gmail.com.

Launch information and beta access

This site introduces a game in development. Features, timing, availability, supported devices, and pricing may change. Joining the mailing list does not guarantee beta access, a release date, or any purchase entitlement. Public launch depends on development, testing, and store review. Any future beta or app-specific terms will be provided separately.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and submit your own email address for updates. Do not submit someone else’s address without permission, interfere with the site, circumvent security controls, send automated spam, or use the site unlawfully. The launch list is for people aged 16 and older.

Intellectual property

The Wall Ball name, branding, artwork, video, and website content are owned by us or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute, impersonate, or commercially exploit the brand. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property.

Email communications and privacy

Submitting a signup with the consent checkbox requests Wall Ball beta and launch emails. You can withdraw consent at any time. Our privacy policy explains handling of website information.

Availability and external services

We may modify, pause, or discontinue the website. We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. Future external store links are governed by those services’ terms; their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, or willful misconduct.

Disputes and changes

California law governs these website terms except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Please contact us first to try to resolve a concern. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may resolve unresolved disputes. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
