This policy describes the Wall Ball website operated by Bret Stanley (“we,” “us”). Contact us at mobilempire@gmail.com. It covers this website and launch-list communications, not data processing inside the Wall Ball mobile app.

Information we receive

If you join the list, we receive your email address, your consent to beta and launch messages, and the time of your request. If you contact us, we receive your message and any information you choose to include. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and timestamps in server and security logs.

How we use it

We use signup information to send requested Wall Ball beta and launch updates, respond to messages, manage opt-outs, and protect the website from abuse. For users where applicable, consent is the basis for optional launch emails; legitimate interests support site security and responding to inquiries. You may withdraw email consent at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This website includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. The signup service uses a temporary session cookie to validate requests and prevent abuse. The video, images, fonts, and code are served locally. Your browser may use temporary session storage to remember that you have seen the intro; it is not sent to us.

Service providers and disclosures

Our web host processes site traffic and form submissions. Signup notifications are routed to mobilempire@gmail.com through the hosting email service and Gmail, operated by Google. These providers process information to supply their services. We do not sell or rent the mailing list or share it for third-party marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security.

Retention and security

We keep your mailing-list information while you remain subscribed and the list is active. After an opt-out or deletion request, we remove it from the active list and associated signup messages within 30 days, except records needed for legal obligations or to honor your opt-out. A minimal suppression record may be retained for as long as needed to prevent further marketing. Hosting logs and provider backups follow their configured retention periods; contact us for current details. We use HTTPS when deployed, restrict access to signup messages, and use request validation and abuse controls. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Unsubscribe or request deletion

Email mobilempire@gmail.com with “Wall Ball unsubscribe” to stop updates, or use “Wall Ball data deletion” to request deletion of website signup information. Write from the subscribed address where possible. We may ask for proportionate verification. We honor marketing opt-outs within 10 business days. You may also ask to access or correct your information. Other privacy rights may apply depending on your location; you can contact your local supervisory authority.

Young visitors

The mailing list is for people aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect signup information from children under 16. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information can contact us for removal. The app’s store audience rating and app privacy practices will be provided separately.

International processing and changes

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Their protections may differ from those in your country. We update this page when website practices change and revise the effective date; material changes affecting consent will be communicated when appropriate.

Mobile app privacy

App-specific privacy information will be published before the mobile app is distributed. This website policy should not be used to describe app SDKs, permissions, accounts, ads, analytics, or purchases.
